We strive to ensure that our items are of premium quality for our customers. Unfortunately, there are rare occasions that you may be unhappy with your purchase and you may need to return items to us.
Please read through the following guidelines on returning your item to us:
If your item is faulty or defective, please return it to Mystic Holistic unused and in its original packaging within 10 working days for an exchange, refund or replacement.
We do not accept returns on any items due to a change of heart.
If you have received a product that you believe was not as described, please return it unused and in its original packaging within 10 working days. Please note that some items will incur a 10% re-stocking fee.
We cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit. As you are responsible for returning the item to us, we recommend sending the package by recorded/special delivery and insured up to the value of the item in question.
