Dispatching Your Order
Mystic Holistic aims to dispatch your order within 5 working days of order placement. However, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If you do not receive your order within 28 days, please contact us
Some items are delivered straight from the manufacturer and may take longer to arrive. If this is the case with some items in your order, we will notify you within 24 hours of your order placement.
All items will be despatched to the address you provide upon payment.
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Post and Recorded Post. All overseas orders will be delivered by Air Mail.
If for any reason you or any person at the delivery address refuses to accept the delivery of the products, all risk in the products shall pass to you. We may, at our discretion, charge for return of the products to us, a storage fee and a redelivery fee to another address nominated by you.
